We aim to provide high-quality curtains and blinds. Please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Custom-made or size-specific blinds/curtains are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
• Contact us at sbmhhsr@gmail.com or 7015867922 with order details and photos of the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
3. Refunds
• After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-sized curtains and blinds.
• Items used, washed, or altered after delivery.
